Gameday Ready ("we," "us," or "our") operates a coaching and team management platform at https://gamedayready.pro. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website and applications (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We collect the following categories of information: • Account information: email address, name, password (stored securely), and profile data from Google OAuth when you sign in with Google. • Camp and roster data: team names, player names, positions, grades, contact details, attendance, depth charts, and other information coaches enter about their programs. • User-generated content: plays, drills, practice plans, schedules, chat messages, documents, images, and video you upload or create. • Subscription and billing data: plan tier, subscription status, and billing metadata processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and actions taken in the Service, plus cookies and similar technologies for authentication and session management.

We use information to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service • Authenticate users and manage accounts • Process subscriptions and payments • Send transactional emails, in-app notifications, and support responses • Enable collaboration among coaches and staff within camps • Analyze usage to improve features and reliability • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues • Comply with legal obligations

Where applicable (e.g., for users in the EEA/UK), we process personal data based on: performance of our contract with you; legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where required (e.g., optional marketing communications).

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with: • Service providers who help us operate the Service, including our hosting platform (Base44), payment processor (Stripe), cloud storage (Google Cloud Storage for media uploads), and authentication providers (Google). • AI processing services, where enabled, to analyze uploaded film and generate coaching insights. • Other coaches and staff within camps you join, according to your role and camp permissions. • Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security. • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice as required by law.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain data after account closure to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or for legitimate business purposes. Backup copies may persist for a limited period.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure authentication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Accounts are intended for adult coaches and staff (18+). Player profiles may include information about minors entered by authorized coaches on behalf of their programs. Coaches are responsible for obtaining any required parental or organizational consent before entering minor player data. If you believe we have collected information from a child in violation of this policy, contact us at admin@gamedayready.pro.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update account information in the Service. To exercise rights, contact admin@gamedayready.pro or use the Support feature in your dashboard. We will verify requests before responding.

If you have an account, you may request deletion by contacting us via Support (select "Account deletion") or emailing admin@gamedayready.pro. We will verify your identity, then delete your account and associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records). Deletion is permanent and may remove access to camps and content you created unless transferred beforehand.

California residents may request access to, deletion of, or correction of personal information, and may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal information). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proper verification.

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to transfer of information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
