Terms of Service

By accessing or using Gameday Ready ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent a school, camp, team, or organization to create an account. The Service is intended for coaches, staff, and program administrators. You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

You may register with email and password or sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@gamedayready.pro if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless canceled before renewal. Plan limits (camps, teams, coaches, players, and feature access) are described on the Pricing page and may change with notice. You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your account. Refunds are handled at our discretion except where required by law. Price changes take effect on your next renewal after notice.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) upload malware or harmful code; (c) harass, abuse, or harm others; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; (e) scrape or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law; (f) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (g) use the Service in a way that interferes with other users. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.

You retain ownership of content you submit (plays, drills, rosters, documents, media, messages, and other materials). By submitting content, you grant Gameday Ready a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit content and that it does not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for player and roster data you enter, including compliance with applicable laws regarding minors' information.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation (excluding your content), is owned by Gameday Ready and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.

The Service integrates with third parties including Stripe (payments), Google (authentication), cloud storage providers, and our hosting platform. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Coaching decisions based on Service content are your responsibility.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Gameday Ready AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gameday Ready from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
